The 11 avril 2018 in Brussels, after the screening of the film “Julien / Hugo” (of Sacha Wolff) on Hugo Horiot, he received the official sash of’Ambassador of Autistan for France*, hands of his counterpart for Belgium, François Delcoux.
*: France is a country located south of Belgium, characterized in particular by the maintenance of Administrative Troubles severe conditions affecting and disabling autistic people. (See it carte “Advice for autistic travelers”.)

Hugo Horiot then signed his latest book, “Autism, I accuse”.
Thanks to movie theater “Adventure” in Brussels, as well as the Belgian association Autism in action, for facilitating this event.
This important day for autism and for the Autistan Diplomatic Organization ended in a friendly and warm atmosphere, in the colors of Autistan.
